Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing email management solution, which will grant you absolute authority over your e-mail box accounts and email campaigns. Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can secure all your email box accounts against spam e-mail messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unwanted emails will find their way into your e-mail box. Your email messages will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether an electronic mail message flagged as spam should be erased or redirected to a particular e-mail account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are ideal for filtering your incoming emails on the basis of specific criteria defined by you. Setting up mail filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your email filter will be created and will go into effect instantly. You can quickly set up a mail filter for any of your e-mailbox accounts and change the e-mail filtering criteria according to your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming mails from one email mailbox to another, or even to several other e-mailboxes. Simply choose the e-mailbox you would like to redirect electronic mails from, then specify the target email box and indicate if you wish to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can easily configure the e-mail client of your preference to access your mailboxes. Simply navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail account you wish to set up on your desktop PC or cell phone and click on the e-mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new email box will be set up in an instant.

The Email Manager GUI will also allow you to quickly create an auto-response message - enter the message you want people to notice and our system will do everything else.
